TMJ Relief: Quick and Dirty Minicourse

This minicourse that is meant for those with mild TMJ flare-ups or new TMJ problems. It covers a 6-week period. IF you have long-standing TMJ disorder/jaw problems, I would highly recommend our more comprehensive program the Masterclass Course. These exercises are meant to be pain-free and should feel good unless stated otherwise (muscle work can be uncomfortable). The exercise amounts are a guideline, not all have to be performed every day and you should not be doing more than 5-10 minutes a day. If you find some exercises that work very well for you, use them as much as you need. If any of the exercises make things worse stop doing them, and rewatch the video to make sure you are performing correctly. If that still doesn’t work just stop doing it, there are just some exercises that do not work for all of us. For dosage (repetition and/or intensity) use just enough for the desired result. In other words, you wouldn’t use 4 pills of Tylenol if 2 pills would relieve your symptoms. Thank you for choosing our course, we know that this will help you.
